6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You may be able to post reviews, comments, photos, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Services.

6.2 Content Standards

You agree that your User Content will not contain material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Bibe and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services without our prior written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIBE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bibe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
